The Upcycle Foundation is donating masks to the community in Miami.

Last week we had our interview with Gabriella Smith of the Upcycle Foundation. As the founder of the Upcycle Project, she has dedicated herself to educating the community about the waste generated by the fashion industry by giving workshops, talks, participating in panels and TedX Talks. Like everyone, Gabriella and her project have also had to restructure operations. In mid-March, she launched the initiative of making masks for those who need the most at the moment and also help seamstresses who have lost their jobs.

With the help of World Red Eye, a group of photographers who have been on the scene in Miami for many years and who have a great chain of contacts, the Upcycle Foundation has managed to distribute the masks and jointly launch a call to raise more money.
